13Placement Acknowledgments

I understand that the $497 fee is for Logic Link Express LLC's Carrier Placement Service and associated placement assistance. I understand that payment does not constitute the purchase of a transportation contract, route, load, or guaranteed revenue. I understand that no additional placement, dispatch, lease on, MC, factoring, or broker deductions apply to opportunities offered through this service. I understand that all contracting and onboarding decisions are made by the applicable third party. I understand that rates, routes, schedules, service areas, freight volume, and availability may vary. I understand that I am responsible for maintaining all insurance, licensing, equipment, credentials, and compliance requirements applicable to opportunities presented to me. I understand that purchasing Carrier Placement Service does not provide membership in or automatic admission to the Logic Link Express private carrier network.
